Music is often at its very best when it is performed live in front of an appreciative audience. Here at Blantone Music I offer some mighty fine equipment and the know-how to capture your performances at their very best.
Our Approach
We can work with engineers in most well-equipped venues to take a separate feed from Front of House. We supply the mic pre's, compressors, splitters, and the cabling. Recording will be redundant: two separate recorders will be used to insure greater security in the capture. Adding a couple room mics is generally recommended.
Our Services
We currently can record 24 tracks on location (48 with the redundancy). We can do as few as 2! We generally find for most ensembles, 16 tracks gets the job done well. Rates will vary based on track count and distance traveled.
